| Vyce: The stadium is packed and pumped up for this match! This will be the deciding fight in the "Ranma 1/2 vs. Tenchi Muyo/Universe/In Tokyo" brawl! I'm Vyce Nightshade. Yama: The ladies call me "Yama-sama," but my full title is Yamato Megumi. Vyce: Shut up, Yama. Both animes, Ranma and Tenchi, have two wins apeice. Yama, would you like to briefly get off your ego-cloud and go into the details? Yama: Fine, fine. In an astonishing upset, Tatewaki Kuno actually defeated Tenchi Masaki in a sword-fight. Vyce: Well, they do say "to challenge Kuno with the sword is to surrender before you have already begun." Yama: But Team Tenchi wasn't going to give up just because of that loss. Yosho was able to beat Genma Saotome, panda form and all. Then, in a battle of villains, perverted freak Happosai lost to Kagato. Vyce: Hard-pressed for a victory, Hiroshi and Daisuke, Ranma's friends from school, took out Amagasaki and that other guy from "Tenchi in Tokyo." So now we look at -- Yama: The ULTIMATE cat-fight. *Is hit over the head by Vyce* Vyce: While hentai-boy over here recovers, let's take a look at the competitors. Team Ranma: Ranma "Ran-Chan" Saotome: Quite possibly one of the ten best Martial Artists on Earth (In his Universe, at least), Ranma has master anything-goes combat and chi attacks. When hit by cold water he becomes a young girl, but don't be fooled, she still has that incredible fighting power. Akane Tendo: Akane can really dole out damage with the best of 'em. She's taken out JUST ABOUT EVERY GUY AT FURINKAN HIGH, save Kuno (He lets Akane win) and Ranma. Akane is very straight-forward, but she can still kick ass. Kodachi Kuno, the Black Rose: Younger sister to Tatewaki Kuno and rising star of martial arts rhythmic gymnastics. Kodachi is a formidable fighter, with her underhanded style and myriad amounts of weapons. Kodachi is armed with ribbons, razor hoops, paralysis powder, sleep power, balls, ring bells, her own brother, and many other weapons. Xian Pu (Shampoo): She's an Amazon. If she loses to another woman, she hunts that woman down and kills her. 'Nuff said. Ukyo Kounji: An okonomiyaki chef and martial artist, Ukyo is armed with an incredibly large spatula. She has tons of tricks, almost rivaling that of Kodachi Kuno herself. Nabiki Tendo: Money-loving, cold, calculating, and the smartest Ranma 1/2 cast member. Nabiki is only managing Team Ranma, but will act as a second if neccesary. She's the daughter of Martial Arts Master Soun Tendo, so you have to believe she has martial arts experience. Team Tenchi: Ryoko: A nefarious space pirate, Ryoko has practically everything in her arsernal. Laser swords, teleportation, the ability to go through walls, flying... But, then again, she somehow lost to TENCHI... Ayeka: The Princess of Jurai, Ayeka can form a verrrry powerful shield. She could very well be the key point to a Tenchi victory. Lil' Washuu: The Greatest Scientific Mind in the Universe. Washu's been coming up with dozens of plans, and most of them seem to involve using Mihoshi as cannonfodder. Mihoshi: THIS is where all those "Dumb Blonde" jokes come from. Mihoshi's a member of the Galaxy Police. She has a cool gun. Her aim sucks. Mihoshi's a ditz, plain and simple. Sasami: Ayeka's little sister. Nice to everyone. Best pals with Ryo-Oh-Ki. In other words: DEAD WEIGHT. Let's hope, for Sasami's sake, that she's really good at weilding a frying pan. Kiyone: Team Tenchi's Second. A prominent, down to earth member of the Galaxy Police, she was on the way to fame... until she got paired up with Mihoshi. At least she's really good with a gun. Pre-Fight Commentary: Vyce: I'm going to have to side with the Ranma Girls. Mihoshi and Sasami will be pulverized right at the start. They're worthless in a brawl. Ayeka is far too trusting, so she will fall victim to Kodachi Kuno. That leaves five world-class martial artists against a genius and a space pirate, and let me tell you: It doesn't take Lil' Washuu to figure out how this one's going to end. Uama: You see, this is why women aren't good at doing this fight commentating stuff. Although the Ranma Chicks would definitely win a beauty contest (Especially Nabiki in that outfit -- Oooh, baby!), Team Tenchi wins just because of the Ryoko Factor. Ryoko's good enough to take out Ukyo, Akane, and Shampoo by herself! It doesn't matter that the others can't fight very well! I'm telling you, Ryoko can do all the fighting by herself, with Ayeka to protect her when needed. Time to actually do something: Vote Here, okay?
