PokéBattles Foxfire: Tournament III

Tournaments are a time-honored tradition of the PokéBattles format. As PokéBattles are, at their heart, battles, every tenth battle is followed with a showdown between the best and most popular trainers of the time.

This tournament, and perhaps future tournaments, shall have the following four participants:

• The prior tournament's winner.
• The best performing trainer of the current time.
• A character determined by ongoing story events, or of Hiber's choice.
• A character determined by popular vote from a curated list. If this is a tie, straws will be drawn between the top scoring.

These characters' order in the tournament will be randomly determined at that time.
