The earlier tournament pages are embarrassing relics on this site--they were created under an old design dating back to the April 1999 opening of Poké Battles.  These have been the last pages to receive the benefit of the updated design that has the convenience of the 5 buttons on the left side of every page.  Also, odd-looking images and links that take you to unexpected places (including old versions of archive pages!) can make these tournaments very confusing.

I am currently in the process of redesigning these pages.  In the meantime, keep the previous things in mind, as well as the fact that tournaments used to be known as Green Version, and Blue Version used to be called Unofficial Battles.
