Network Scoring Rubric
Up to 12 stars (*) can be awarded to network sites at the current time.
Battle Quality (BQ)
Up to 4 stars can be awarded for Battle Quality.

Update Rating
Up to 4 stars can be awarded for Update Rating.
Every week that a site has at least one update (new battle or other piece of relevant content) gives +1 Update star. Weeks start after a Network Update, on Saturday nights.
If a site goes two full weeks (two updates of the Network) without an update, it will lose a star, and another star for every full week without an update thereafter until being updated.
Site Design
Up to 4 stars can be awarded for site design. To be written.
- 0 stars ( ): Site design is nonfunctional, completely unnavigable, intrusively ad-ridden, etc.
- 1 star (*): Site design does not use color-coding or is missing three or more of the qualities listed under (***).
- 2 stars (**): Site design is missing one or two of the qualities mentioned under (***).
- 3 stars (***): Site design is aesthetically pleasing. Text of battles is clearly legible. Battles have publication dates. Navigation is easy and intuitive.
- 4 stars (****): Site design goes above and beyond. Site contains extra features such as archives of older sites, animation, audio, or other extraordinary features.
